Apartment Searching *I HAVE A HUGE HEADACHE*

So as some of you know, I just moved back to Austin & got back into the hobby.

I am looking for a new place,....preferably in North Austin area,.....

heres the catch. An ex got me stuck w/ an eviction AND a broken lease. (ya I know I should have learned the first time), so I've been having some trouble finding a place, so a friend advised me that maybe my fellow hobbyists can help.

so if you have ANY suggestions, on decent places that are easy on credit, please let me know. Obviously I am working to resolve my credit issues,
but I cant wait until that is done to find an apartment.

I would maybe try contacting an apartment locator they work with all kind of different issues and might know of some places that may rent with your rental history situation.

Call a locator like Brit said be prepared to pay a HUGE deposit or have a co signer.
