You don't really need to go that far to verify most clients. The craziness that I have heard some providers force upon people seems a bit much. First off, for the same reason a provider won't give a client their full name, I am not just handing over the info needed to use some sort of PI information site.
If someone asked me for my full name and other private info I will simply hang up and proceed to tell everyone what was going down. The point being I am not going to potentially endanger myself with too much information. I hope this makes some sense.
Well said Ken!! I am single live alone my only son owes me for a provider so I do not have to hide as much as some do but the info she requested is way over the top!!
Run fast, run hard and run far!!!!
It doesn't really have anything to do with hiding, it has to do with my safety in general, and the providers safety as well. I'm sure some people might not take too kindly if they find out they are being tracked in some way by a provider and/or PI.
For one my employment would be at risk if news such as this gets out, and quite frankly some providers here haven't shown a large amount of common sense. While I am talking about the few, which tend to ruin it for the many, the fact remains that it concerns me that a provider would even think about going this far.
Maybe hiding was a bad choice of words.

ok...i see your point...so how can we meet in the middle to make it safe and simple for providers and clients?
I was thinking about this today. Asking a provider for a real name is a serious no no, but they sometimes ask it of us. One thing that we need to recognize is that screening for a provider and for a client is different. When screening a provider, a client can look at reviews, they have a long track record with clients on the board. If they are not on the up and up they are found out pretty quickly through these forums and word of mouth. Basically, their escort persona and reputation are out in the open.
That's not true with clients. Absent some personal info, all providers can really go on is recommendations from fellow providers. If a client doesn't have an established reputation and is not willing to give them something to go on then the provider is taking a chance.
Sites like P411 can provide anonymity with regard to the provider, but your info is still out there somewhere. If you are going to participate in the hobby some risk has to be taken.
I think the best strategy is to find a provider or two that you know you can trust with your info. Once you are established with them they can provide you with that reference.
Meet in the middle of what? Asking for enough private info to submit to some PI, or website is out of the question. Ask for a reference, or check out a potential clients through this site or p411.
I get how providers are taking a huge gamble when seeing clients, but you won't get too many guys offering up birth dates, job information, or addresses. It simply won't happen.
Easy way to verify from this site, check reviews by guys. If they have reviewed several well known providers they should be a safe bet right? Also don't the ladies have a private forum? I'm sure any wierdo's or head cases can be weeded out through there. I would even assume there is some list of guys who have been black listed, just guessing here.
True there is always risk, but I refuse to give an individual that info. All it takes is a bad experience, or review for that matter and said provider is calling my place of employment in an attempt to get me fired. Yes that is an extreme example, but as we all have witnessed some people have went to the extreme for far less.
On top of that I haven't used p411 and I have references now, you just have to take the time to work your way around.

Who is to say what is or isn't true on a public forum?
