caught a 15 second glimpse of Mrs Romney speaking to the crowd in Mich after hubby squeaked out a win .. something like this

we are afraid for our children and the debt this government leaves them..

using the fear factor, and leaving out the fact the debt her hubby would leave behind is 11% bigger that the debt this? (assuming this is Obama) government would leave behind

fear and deception

how republican.

Fear mongering is bi-partisan. Both parties do it because they think it is effective. And it is. Make the people afraid, then they will submit to you. It's not just the Republicans. But they are very good at it, as are the Democrats.

i suppose I can agree, but I have a hard time remembering when the right gave the left a small crack to interject some fear factor

Three things:

1. COG and Whirly post way too many false "fear-mongering" posts.

2. The Dems are far less likely to follow the debt footprint of "trickle down economics" and not taxing the now-proven-mythical "job creators" since the electorate has begun to recognize how catastrophic those policies have been to our economy.

3. I.B. Dumb no longer curses now that I have him on ignore unless someone quotes him and I accidentally see it.

Now we wait for another hysterical response, name calling, and probably some sort of sexual insult.
