Every review is read and evaluated by a moderator. If your review meets requirements for premium access credit, it will be posted to your account by the Mod. If there are shortcomings, the Mod will notify you by private message.

Reviews are posted at the time you submit them. That does not require approval.
As Huck said they are processed and either approved or rejected for PA credit. You will then receive PM notice.
If you look at the top of your own reviews you will see a statement that it is Pending, has been approved, or has been rejected and why. Only the author and staff can see that note.
