Contact a mod

I tried to PM a specific mod. He has PMs from the general membership disabled and no email contact. I would have thought all the mods should be reachable if needed. Is this possibly just an oversite by the mod or normal policy?

SOMEONE POSTED PICTURES OF ME THAT ARE HIDEOUS AND THEY WERE NOT GIVEN PERMISSION TO DO SO, THE PICTURES ARE IN ONE OF MY REVIEWS THE ONE BY JASON GIDEON...
