PROBLEM WITH MY SHOWCASE!!!

i HAVE HAD OVER A HANDFUL OF GENTELMEN TELL ME MY REVIEWS ARE UNABLE TO BE PULLED UP. PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT AND SEE IF TECH SUPPORT CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM.

There is nothing wrong with your reviews. There is clearly something wrong with your caps lock key.

Your reviews are attached to your profile, and are perfectly readable.
The links in her showcase don't work. The links in her profile are fine. Kyle, I would suggest you remove the links from your showcase and then redo them. See if that helps

If I might suggest another option.

When ECCIE added the Review tab function, it meant that providers no longer needed to waste time editing the showcase to add reviews.

Also, the Showcase only allows for a fixed number of reviews and there is no way to show the date of the reviews.

If she were to simply remove all of them and anyone who wants to see reviews can simply use the site feature of the Review tab on her profile.

Problem solved permanently.

The showcase links are for "featured" reviews for the providers. They can pick the ones they want to highlight. It's redundant with the provider tab, but MANY still use both, as some users don't use/aren't aware of the reviews tab.

But, the content placed in there is generated by the user. If there's an error, it's likely made when entering in the link.
