im trying to get my friend signed up on eccie as a provider, what do i need to do where do i start ... how do i build her a profile ...i am lost

Actually, you don't do those things for her. She does. Her first step is to register as an ECCIE member. In that process she will have the opportunity to enter the info that goes into her profile.

If she desires to become a Verified Provider she will need to read the three "sticky" posts at the top of the Provider Ads forum. That will tell her the process.
