I've never done this before so please forgive my ignorance,
1) Is it mandatory to tip an independent provider on top of the donation?
2) When is it the right time to negotiate the donation?
3) Is it okay to ask a provider if they have an eccie account over the phone?
Once I found an etiquette guide on a provider's website, it was very informative on how to treat your provider and what to expect, if anyone has any reading material that they could refer me to please do post it, thank you.

Nope. But they like it and you might get preferential treatment if you see her again.

They do not like negotiating and some of them will say so in their ads/posts so I would not even think about asking them.

How did you hear about her if she didn't have an account? Some of the Providers would be uncomfortable with this and might think you are LE.

seems like a legitimate question to me.
"that all sounds great and you sound like a fun girl. do you have an account on <insertSomeEscortWebsiteNameHe re>?" if answers yes, then you could tell her you have an acct there as well.

Regarding negotiation of the fees, I assumed this was only in the case where lady does not have published fees. If she has published fees, negotiation as a newbie will not be a usefull occupation.
If no published fees, I usually try to wait till we at least reach a point of no return in the session: Both naked so probably neither of you are LE (not a certainty, but probably you are safe at that point).
