What to do if you know...

What does one do if he/she knows about a review that has been fabricated?
Say it is a massage place and it would be easy to tell because there are only one or two "therapists" that work there...

IMO the best thing to do would be discuss it with one of the moderators. He can evaluate your information and decide what action might be appropriate.
