Post Op TS Jenna Talackova, Miss Canada disqualifed by The Donald from being in Miss Universe Contest. She is fighting it as discrimination in court. I personally think they should let her in. She looks hottttt

Any opinions?
Rules clearly stated contestants must be a "natural born female." She lied on her application about this. She was a male at birth. Still has male DNA. She would be better off trying to change the rules for the future than getting the organizers to change them just for her this year.

In any beauty contest that it has been my purely accidental and unfortunate experience to view, all the contestants came off as manufactured and fake. This person just had a longer haul than the rest. IMO, perhaps more of a right than the rest to compete.

I agree about the rules requiring her to be born a female but those rules really make no sense if she can get that far in the contest to be Miss Canada. How many TS gals can even come close based on their efforts in the hobby? Rules can be found unconstitutional at least in the US. Let the post op TS gals battle it out with the true genetic females for beauty supremacy in all venues.
What happens if "she" starts get a hard on in the Swim Suit Competition?

She's back in (and I don't mean the Brotherhood of Men). I guess Trump couldn't turn down the publicity. What a detective---he couldn't find any proof that Obama wasn't American-born, or that this contestant was male-born.

Good for her. I guess Trump feels it will now result in a huge TV audience and lots of needed publicity for his Miss Universe Contest. Good PR move. Will see how she does if she actually stays in the contest.
