(CNN) -- Women who dress provocatively and tempt people into promiscuity are to blame for earthquakes, a leading Iranian hard-line cleric has apparently said.

Well, that explains Los Angeles!

That is sadly, becoming SOP or Standard Operating Procedure.

Every extremist nutcase will use whatever malady or calamity is around and then say it's because of God's curse on (fill in the Issue of the day).
