an electrician who is good, reasonable, and will come to Med Cntr area to install a flush mount ceiling fan w/light kit?

Is there already an outlet there? If so its a pretty easy job that a lot of people can do. It would be much cheaper than getting an electrician.

Then you definitely don't need the expense of an electrician. That's a 20-30 min job at most. You probably don't even have to change the ceiling mount, just take the extension rod and face plate off and replace it with what you got and you're done. The wiring should be color coded and match up just fine. You will just have to cut some of the wires so they don't get all bunched up.

you may want to turn the electricity off first!
