How do you find reviews on a provider that has reviews on eccie
but no showcase on eccie?

howz about trying the search function? all the cool kids are using it. i can't believe i came up with that great idea all by myself.

To put a staff and a less snarky answer to it:
Reviews and showcases aren't linked.
A Verified Provider has a showcase. In it, she can choose up to 5 reviews to feature. ALL reviews that are for that provider will/should be linked to her handle under the "Reviews" tab.
If a provider is a member (but not VP), and has reviews, we try to assign it to the appropriate handle.
If a provider is NOT a member (i.e. has no ECCIE handle), a "placeholder" is used to associate any group of reviews that provider may have.
Searching for a provider's name should turn up results if there are reviews, whether they are verified/have a showcase, or not.
Side note: JPdM: please keep that attitude out of the "Questions for Staff" area. It's just shitty, and not helpful, which is the whole point of this forum.
