Ok, so since we're heading down that path already and I'm too lazy to do the research (or just don't care, I haven't decided yet)... How long in advance do you have to drink it (the pineapple juice) to have an effect?

But i think if your not...then start a few days before....also lay off the red meat and dairy until your session
