I feel like others are responding to info in reviews that I am unable to see. Is this due to premium access? If so, how do I get it?

You are correct. There are areas of the site that are only accessable to those with Premium Access. If you look at the top of the site there is a link on the main banner that says "Premium Access" that will let you know all you need to know about getting PA.
