missing message?

I received a notification on my email that I registered my account with that I had a message on here from a provider. But when I logged in, nothing. No trace, no pop up saying I have a message, nothing?

Perhaps you deleted it sir. I can't think of any other explanation bud.

I thought that too but our mailbox keeps a record of all confirmed in and out messages. Oh well.
