Unfortunately for you, the internet was designed by the Department of Defense (DARPA was the agency) as a means of being able to keep communications between university and government scientists, leaders and officials in the event that the godless communists blew up a big portion of America..... so basically, the design and all of the information is very redundant.

Fundamentally, once info is out there, it is out there for good.
