What do you do if..?

What do you do if a guys shows up and he has "skin tags" on his dick? Do you send him home? Give him back his money?

Skin tags are harmless, but on the dick itself seems odd. Lots of people have skin tags from what i understand.
Here's an article on the condition: http://www.medicinenet.com/skin_tag/article.htm

They are harmless, benign skin growths prone to people who are overweight, but can affect anyone.
What about on the shaft?
How do you tell the difference between a skin tag on the dick and genital warts?
From what I read, it can show up anywhere and can be caused by friction from clothing, condoms, or other things. I dont know what I would do if I saw something similar, but if it is a skin tag it is nothing to worry about.
Skin tags usually look like moles.

So it's easy to tell the difference then?
Would you see someone who has "skin tags" on their shaft?
I've seen some older gentlemen with skin tags. They're usually sort of small, mole-like and flappy looking. Usually skin colored. If it's on their shaft, the condom covers it.
What about head? The whole thing just makes me unconfortable. I had a guy I just sent home because of it I don't know maybe I shouldn't have.
I get skin tags all the fucking time. He should have told you but they really are harmless.

You do what you feel comfortable with.....If any doubt you go with the safe bet...

I dont think you did anything wrong.
Also skin tags can be removed at the dr office and then will need a little time to heal

Ive never heard of them on a dick...that would (suck) no pun!

Bottom line you did what you felt was right...let him know if he gets them removed and healed and hes comes back..you can inspect and go CBJ
If the anomaly appears on the head of the penis, I personally might politely decline also. Skin tags appear commonly in older and overweight gentlemen on the shaft of the penis, and in overweight gentlemen it may be accompanied along with discoloration, it is completely benign. Ryan gave a good answer, and if you spend some time online looking at examples of genital warts versus skin tags on the penis, you'll be able to tell the difference in most instances. If you are ever unsure, follow your gut instinct. No one will ever fault you for that.
