Notification problems

Anyone else having trouble receiving their notifications? I have messages but seem to be blocked from reading them. I reported the problem but no answer yet. If anybody needs to reach me for a reference or appt please call me instead.

Is your PM box full? I had that happen. I got two notices that I had a PM but nothing showed. Then I realized my PM box was full and deleted some PMs, and that solved the problem.
