I have heard is light porn for soccer moms. Just going by what a female friend at work said. I know nothing else about it, nor did I ever hear about it from anyone other then her.

one of my friends (an old gf of mine) was really excited about the book. She wants me to buy it and she scanned a few pages of it and emailed them to me so i could check it out.
