Is there a way to determine if a computer is tracking one's keystrokes? Alternatively, caching website visits even if one is diligent about deleting browsing history?
Would be good to know if an employer or SO is checking up on things.
How to Check a PC for a Keylogger http://www.ehow.com/how_4780775_check-pc-keylogger.htmlThese are suggestions for finding Keyloggers that are installed as part of Malware, for the most part. But I think qix is asking about detecting commercial products that would be installed by someone with an active interest in spying on you. I gotta believe that there are some that are not detectable by things like "Zone Alarm" and "Spybot." But hopefully I am wrong!

At work there is nothing you can do to stop it.
At home other than formating your PC and reinstalling the OS, I'm not sure of other ways to get rid of keyloggers. Originally Posted by Celso

You don't have this option at work and shouldn't be using a work PC for suspect browsing anyways.
