please help a newbie out!

Hey...ive never done this and am having problems w getting things set up and running. Ive only registered andneed help w posting(where to do it etc...help w picts. Etc.) Can anyone give me some guidence or a walkthrough please?

At top of category there are tabs that you can use to make posts. Mods or others can help with more information. Good luck and hobby safely!
