Well, I think he deserves to be listed with Hoover, LBJ and Carter. They were three of my least-favorite presidents, and in my mind, I will remember 0bama about as fondly as I remember those three.
That being said, he is such a narcissistic asshole it makes me sick! What truly makes me sad is that I think he's going to be reelected come November.
