What are, in your honest opinion, the best bars for beer, hot waitstaff and good crowds in the upstate cities. I travel a lot and want some recommendations on where to go to get good drinks and see pretty ladies without paying inflated strip club prices and not seeing much more than one can see with a nice sexy dressed bartender or waitress.
