Which provider should have this done to them?

I found this on youtube and thought we should see which provider this should be done to. I am volunteering! lol. Actually, I did do this in art school last century so if someone is interested....

Last year the KC Roller Derby girls had a fund raiser where they made casts of their breasts, then had artists paint and decorate them.

My favorite was the one from a skater named Mel CaMeanO. Hers had lights where the nipples were (headlights?) that would light up.
