Yemen used to be ruled by a ruthless dictator, but not anymore. Now Yemen is ruled by a ruthless dictator that Obama likes! Therefore, if you say anything bad about the new Yemeni regime, the Obama administration will seize your assets, and possibly subject you to criminal penalties.
