You may want to handle it this way as it helps the staff.
email dallas@eccie.net.
Include the URL (the address line at the top of your reviews) so they can click on each one and remove your phone number.
You also posted some ads that include your number so you would want to do the same for them.
The more work you do in helping the staff, the more willing and quicker they can handle it.
To see all your posts, right click on your name and then left click on "find more posts by Paris" and it will list all the posts you have made so you can find them.
Your reviews should be listed in the reviews link listed under your name in any of your posts.

SInce that number is published at this point, it might make more sense to dump the phone and get a new work phone number.
