It would help if you posted which review and a link to it.
Specifically, your Showcase only shows reviews you put in it.
Your "ECCIE Reviews" tab shows all reviews as they are assigned by the staff. It's not automatic, but will hapen as we work through the queue.
It is unlikely a review was removed. "Rejected" reviews only happen for Premium Access purposes. i.e. even if they are rejected due to not meeting the criteria for PA, they are still visible, still assigned to a provider, etc.
