I'll Bet We Have Not Heard The End Of This

There is no way that Lulac, or any other "professional panderers", will let this go without demanding a Federal Investigation.

The father did the right thing, and so did the grand jury.

Nobody is going to stand up to defend a child molester. The correct decision has been made and this will cease to be an issue. I doubt that the people of Mexico have much interest in acknowledging he was from there.

What did he do the wrong? He should have let the guy finish raping his daughter while he watched and dialed the police?

Did you hear the 911 call he made after? He was horrified; he didn't mean to kill the guy. He was honest and didn't try to make up a story about self defense, but was defending his child. According to the letter of Texas law he was within his rights to use deadly force. Any man would have beat the living daylights out of the sick bastard. The fact that he died from the consequences of committing such a heinous act was justifiable.

I say he forfeited his right to life the moment he got naked and erect in a 5-year-old's presence.
(Not sure I'm allowed to say that on here.)

Some nut will call it a "hate crime" and get a federal case started. It was a hate crime. I'd hate anyone who tried to do this to one of my kids.

The sad truth is, that if the child rapist in this case, had been arrested, instead of being beaten to death, he would have served a few years and been released. The likelyhood is that he would have victimized more children. Pedophiles never stop being pedophiles, the only cure is death.

Good riddance.

Holder will no doubt send a legion of feds to charge him with denying the "civil rights" of the scum.

Well, since it was a daughter instead of a son, Holder may let it slide this time.

Not that I think we should all go "vigilante" and hunt them down, but in this case, this was the best outcome. Who are we, who did not have all of the evidence presented to us, to question the grand jury?

If you can't get a grand jury to indict someone, there really is nothing there. Grand jury indictments come down like confetti at a convention.

Holder will be too busy covering his ass and trying to stay out of prison, where he belongs, to pay any attention to this.

Holder needs to learn the rules of the hole.
The arrogance permeates this administration.

As far as the accidental killing of the child rapist. What a tragedy that the rapist was not able to face trial. It is a shame that a rapists neck is so easily snapped. May he relive that moment in hell for all eternity.

As far as what happened; the law is very clear on this. The grand jury followed the law.
