Ladies and Gents of the greater Killeen, Waco and BCS communities. I want to extend my sincere apologies for my comments about Sixxbach in this thread http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=479116
While the truth should be told, it should not come at any price, rather it should be delivered as diplomatically as reasonably possible or at least in not such a way as to knowingly offend. I realize that I am a part of a larger community, and as such, represent our corner of the community when I step into “enemy”territory.
We all have a reputation. Some are better than others. Some are more truthful than others. Some are more helpful than others. Some are more respectful than others. Ranchhand and OldSarge have great reputations and are as great a team of moderators as exist on this board. Genuinely helpful and fair and balanced – to all of us. Several of you ladies and gents have equally great reputations on this board. I have mine. What I failed to take into consideration is that when I step outside of our corner, I also represent, to a lesser extent, our forum.
The things I said in the post above, I would not have said in here. Therefore, I should not have said them at all. While truthful, they were mean, intentionally mean. I pride myself on telling the truth, for calling people out when they are wrong and for taking on those who pick on the fairer sex. If that makes me a White Knight, so be it.
My mother raised me to be a gentleman. Sometimes men play rough, but never rough with the ladies. One of our ladies took a cheap shot, but that is no excuse for me to be rude to the offenders.
As my post was in CoEd, it was not a gentlemanly thing to to. My sincere apologies to anyone here that is offended. I meant none to anyone here.
Happy to sit in my quiet corner of the hobby and am thankful for all the wonderful members here, men and women alike, who make our lives in the hobby more enjoyable.

Well put newguy. U are obviously well versed in the Austin Board, as am I, and self-richeously responded to them bringing their crap to K-W-B/CS. I am sure SixPack's Twin cried poor me, as always, and you will receive some form of punishment for taking it too far, but your version of the truth is widely accepted in Austin. As they used to say there, "Right On".
