Review not showing in Provider's list

I did a review for Channell back in January. It was approved and all, but it doesn't show up on the Reviews tab under her account. Do I need to do something to make this happen? I wasn't sure if I could use the RTM button for that, so I figured I'd post the question here first.

Yes sirrr, you can use the RTM button and we will re-assign the review to the lady.
