Why havn't the Far Right Wing-Nuts started a thread on this story?

Gee, I wonder why SOF and the rest of The Far Right, Tea-Sippin', Wing-Nuts have not even mentioned this story.

Perhaps the story does not appear on their radar screens!

This looks like it would be a slam dunk prosecution for some greenhorn Justice Department lawyer with the ink not even dry on his law license. Every canceled check represents a person who will testify he or she received cash reimbursement for his fake campaign 'donation'. $70,000 cash missing from the car dealership; who audited those books? The $2.9 million offer to buy the partner's silence. Lots of smoking guns.

The partner seems to be the only possible weak link. If they start digging into his affairs and find all kinds of slime and muck, the whole case could fall apart. He looks shady to me.

Why would I defend this guy? If the allegations are true, he should be in prison. It definitely should be investigated.

That is why I like the old Eddie Murphy movie The Distinguished Gentleman: It seems to be a fairly accurate representation of Congress. Anyway, it seems to me that a GOP congressman may have broken the law and the Congress, under GOP control, is actually investigating him. This doesn't sound at all like the Pelosi Congress. So I can see why Big Tex is perplexed; a party investigating itself? Never under the democrats. Rangel, Weiner, Frank, Studds, Condit, et. al. members of Congress never investigated by their own party.
