Just curious

I have been back in the hobby for just about two months now and one thing about me is that I am curious. I am really interested in this lifestyle and everything that goes with it. But it seems things have changed since I last was a participant. I have met some really amazing ladies these past 8 weeks and it appears that some have dealt with some really rude guys. I know this has and will always be an issue but what happened to respect? The ladies provide a service that we all appear to want so why not show the appreciation by just being nice and respectful? Hey, just my 2 cents but damn, show some respect!
Thank you for standing up and saying something!!

You are quite welcome Miss Montana. Just erks me when I hear some of the stories from the ladies of what ya'll have to put up with at times. Don't make any sense to me.

I think some guys just have the wrong view of the ladies even if they don't use the terms in mixed company. Myself I am thankful for the ladies. I always treat them like a special date that I was lucky enough to go on. Respectful of the ladies, not judgemental, and always thankful. I do see it as paying for compaionship over acts. I am thankful the ladies spend time with me. Some may figure the donation allows for anything and everything. After all they are paying so they can be rude, cruel, dehumanizing as they want, its not like the ladies have a choice. Only to me they do. Its risky for a lady to say No, get out because the guy could figure he "owns" her for a time. He doesn't have to respect her shes paid for. No matter how smart, engaging, friendly, fun the lady is she is still the street terms. Me, I actually don't even think in the street terms. Maybe that is something I tell myself to make it different. I enjoy my time with the ladies, and I hope they find some enjoyment in me at the same time. Its the golden rule...treat others as you want to be treated. I am thankful for my time with a lady and always make sure to tell them so.

I have seen my fair share of clients, and not one of them has ever given me any trouble or been rude. So far, I have attributed that to the fact that I'm never rude to my clients and I never give them any trouble. I am also very selective. I don't see men who I do not get along with in the days prior to a tentative appointment.

If one's standards are low, if one is only in the hobby to make money, then I imagine there isn't much of a verification process and all appointment requests are fulfilled with all sorts of men. Rude ones, nice ones, disrespectful ones, funny ones, mean ones, etc. But if a provider has standards, then she's more than likely not going to run into any rude or disrespectful clients. She has to decide whether to be more selective and take a pay cut, or have very little selection criteria, make hand over fist, and possibly have to entertain the dregs of society.

We as providers shouldn't expect to be treated in any specific manner, but there are definitely measures we can take to ensure that we are treated the way we'd prefer to be treated.

So... that's my 2 cents.

It's not just rudeness that is the issue. We also run into the issue of NCNS.. I myself ran into an issue of 8 in one night. Maybe that's just Lubbock.
8 in one night. Good Lord!
I think there are too many little boys playing.

8 NCNS in one evening doesn't seem possible unless they were all incredibly short-notice. And if that's the case, there isn't much room for complaint.

And providers NCNS all the time, I hear about it constantly. Just the nature of the business, I guess.

I have had to cancel with providers before(with plenty of notice) but I have never NCNS with a provider I have had a few NCNS with me or leave early durning a tour and not say anything. I also have a very good reputation now here in west texas.
