Anybody got their hands on a Raspberry Pi yet?

First impressions?

For me, it's one of those things I really want, only can't think of what to do with it, yet. I have two htpc's (boxee box and a home-grown running mythtv), but the vids have been encoded with whatever codec I was messing with at the time. The boxee doesn't mind, but I hear the pi only does mpg2 encodings. What plans do you have for it?
