Mod Tabs

Ok, I'm looking for the mod tabs that used to be at the top of each page. Very easy to find.
Now that things have updated, is this the only page that shows the local mods? (Other than the contact the staff at dallas@eccie.net)

Also, if I know your pm addy, how do I start a new pm at my inbox?
I have always found the person & then used the tab to pm them.

If you are in the PM system, look on the left side of the screen and you'll see a line that says:
Send New Message

Click it and then type in the name.

As you type, after enough letters are entered, vbulletin will show you the user names to choose from.
