Lafayette or Baton Rouge?!? Maybe both?

Hey guys! I need a little input if you don't mind...I don't know if I should come to Lafayette or Baton Rouge. I haven't been to BR in quite some time. I never stay too long because of the rob incident last year. And on top of that I heard that it's been a tad bit hot with LE. I stayed in Lafayette for 2 days a couple months ago. I was thinking about coming this week and leaving as early as tomorrow. I am excited to see my old friends! Thanks I appreciate the help!
