When did this take place? I had heard that the police had cracked down on the termas closing most if not all of them in the Copa and Ipanema area.

Three days ago. I got the impression that Monte Carlo has benefited from the closing of L'Uomo and Centaurus and assumed that the high prices could be demanded because of the closing of the competition.
