Review linked to the wrong provider

Hi, recently I made a review on Anna Grace from BP (http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=488303) her handle here is Belle 54
(http://www.eccie.net/member.php?u=119066) and for some reason (probably my fault) the review was linked to another provider. I got a special review rate because she wanted to become verified and whatnot. So if anyone could help with this issue...thxs!!!

Belle 54 is a registered member not a Verified Provider - so it cannot be linked to her.
