Im sorry to hear that sony63 I was wanting to see her if i could swing it with my crazy schedual. Thank you for the heads up on that Ive had that happen two times to me by other providers and it just ruins your evening because then you have to go back and see who else is available on short notice and sometimes thats hard to accomplish.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Katharine many times. If she did not show, I know it was a honest mistake. She is a true professional.

I will also concur with Porter. I believe Katherine made an honest mistake and is more than willing to set it right. Her outstanding review history speaks for itself. I would take her up on her offer to make it up to you. Knowing Katherine you will be lucky to survive her gracious appology.
