Did XOXO Karla NCNS me???

I post this asking for everyone’s opinion: Providers, Hobbyist, Mods etc:


[Staff edit. M] XOXO Karla NCNS on me…but I still wanted to see her. [Staff edit. M] Early today, she said that she DID NOT NCNS and said it wasn’t a lame ass excuse (she obviously reads/accesses the men’s lounge b/c that’s how I labeled her reason for not making contact). She said her car broke down and doesn’t do her hobby stuff at home on that internet. Therefore, no car means no going out somewhere to do internet hobby business and just leaving me hanging. She said there was “Nothing set in stone, therefore didn’t NCNS.” Actually there was, we had a date and time set penciled in…7 am on that particular day (don’t know if I’m allowed to give exact dates or not). We made the appt a few days out. I even sent confirmation PMs thru P411 the day before giving my contact info. I can verify that she did NOT open those confirmation PMs until a few days ‘after’ our date was scheduled. That part is true. She said she would give me give me her contact info Via P411 a day later. I can also confirm she did NOT log on to P411 and therefore didn’t send it (Also True).



By Definition NCNS (No Call, No Show): “Refers to an appointment that broke with no notice.”



My question to the ECCIE, San Antonio and Austin alike:

Did XOXO Karla NCNS on me? Was she at fault, could she have done something more….or am I (moneymanmatt) blowing out of proportion and she did NOT NCNS me and excuse being legit for not giving me a heads up?


I ask this b/c I obviously offended and annoyed xoxo karla and she offended me. I feel that I am not at fault. Any one of the ladies here who have seen me will tell you I’m a sweetheart and will do anything to put a smile on their faces in the mist of awkardness. However, I do feel that I must defend myself after the aggressive PM I received today. Let's let the people decided.



I’ll even do this: If I’m found guilty of blowing things out of proportion, I will man up, apologize in front of everyone and ask for some way to make it up. I promise (scouts honor) to write the most sincere apology to her that my IQ is capable of writing and I’ll even offer to take Karla to breakfast/dinner (no matter the expense), quit hobbying, whatever just to say sorry (Just don’t make me wear a tie or be overly embarrassing).


I figured if Sixshootertx and Emily34DD can bury the hatchet after that “$4,000 watch being misplaced” incident in Austin, then XOXO Karla and I can put something as stupid as a NCNS controversy to bed. If yall think her excuse is legit, I’ll man up and own my mistake.

Sounds like you were setting appointment , some shitty TCB took place . But the fact you had no contact info means your appt wasn't confirmed . Bad TCB , but not a NCNS .

P.S. if you wanted to see her , I would try again .

I agree with Die Hard..how can she go see you if her car broke down?

Is about to happen, but sounds like she had some problems and she might make it up to you. What did you lose by her not showing up? Even the best are going to miss appointments and deadlines. I havenever met her, but I think you are things way too seriously. It happened to me with a provider and I am not even going to write about because I ended up meeting someone better.

crap happens sometimes beyond our control...

I was on my way for a date when my garage door crapped out and I had to wait for the maintenance guy to open it... let my date know I would be late as soon as it didn't open and all was good.

Things happen all the time...ON BOTH SIDES...whether there's a good excuse or not. We all have choices...but, it's always easier to play the victim and complain first...rather than giving someone an opportunity to make things up. If you say that you STILL WANTED TO SEE HER...why would you OUT her to your fellow hobbyists...and use words that belittle her? Seems to me...you had an agenda.

Whenever a hobbyist NCNS's a provider...how often do you think we get compensated for our time? All we get...is to put them on a NCNS list...yet, most hobbyists feel they should be compensated. And, you didn't even lose any $'s...only an inconvenience for your time. How fair is that?

My vote is...you're blowing things out of proportion.

I agree with Likinikki (and also love being under her). I think you have blown this way out of proportion. I think your chances of seeing her are nil at this point. Secondly, If this is the first time something like this has happened to you, then you certainly lead a charmed life. Move on.

So wait, she didnt open the messages until after you were supposed to have appt, so not confirmed, did I get that right? If so, then, yeah, def out of proportion since you had no appt. You may request an appt for a certain time/date, but if she doesn't see it, then how do you expect her to know?

I never understand why people get all crazy before trying to work something out with the person. Even when it's the other way around, it sucks, and we as providers hate it when shit happens, but most of us at least wait a day or two to see what happened before reporting a ncns in the ladies room. I think I know Karla pretty well. Sounds like to me she's being very honest about her situation. The appointment was not confirmed, so it is not a NCNS. You did not drive anywhere and you are not out of any money. I think you blew any chance on seeing her. I know you're trying to get her attention, but this is the wrong way of doing it. I agree with everyone else. You had a tentative appointment that was not confirmed. No NCNS. The worst you can say is she may need to improve her TCB but I don't know enough to even be certain about that.

She is a beautiful lady so I understand your frustration but it looks like you handled this badly.

I throw my vote in as well. Sounds like their was not a confirmation on her side. Because of that it is not a NCNS in my book. I can understand if she had confirmed and then this happened.

Sounds like you had started the process for setting up an appointment but you didn't actually have a scheduled appointment. That's not an NCNS. If she had replied to you saying "Yes, at so and so time, go here and call me. I'll tell you where I'm staying when you call me." or something like that, then it would have been an NCNS. That didn't happen. And it's already been mentioned in this thread but you might have handled this better by reaching out to the provider first in a non confrontational way. Maybe even send a PM to one of the other providers you have seen, give ALL of the details, not just "she NCNS'd" and ask for her third party perspective on the situation. Seems like the way you did handle it kind of gave you a little bit of a black eye.

We the jury find the defendant not guilty. There was no confirmed appointment. You may have sent a request (it's only a confirmation once *she* replies back to you in agreement), but since she didn't receive it, and more importantly, did not send you a reply ( a confirmation), there was no confirmed appointment...rather, just an appointment request.

If she's guilty of anything it's not following through and tying up loose ends w/regard to this matter, but certainly not a NCNS.

So to answer your question, yes, you have blown it out of proportion and worse, you've likely shit the bed and are likely not going to be enjoying the company of this young woman.

I am sure you are a nice guy......I was all ready to check to see if you responded to my message yesterday and was going to offer you a generous discount because I do feel bad that we lost communication during a "last minute" appointment request scheduling............but instead I got a message from someone with a link to this thread.

You did not offend or annoy me and I didn't mean to offend you which I obviously did because you decided to start this thread instead of messaging me.

I am very sorry and apologize that I offended you. I am aggressive sometimes and I do get defensive.......but I think that is something all of us ladies have to adopt to put up with the "bad eggs" we come across(I am not particularly directing this at you!!)

I have had way too much stuff like this happen with the 25ish year olds and I know I shouldn't "profile" guys especially since I don't want to be profiled with girls that actually NC/NS a guy once or so every week, but after this and a "stalker type" young gun that won't stop texting me like we are buddies even after I haven't responded in two weeks among others, I think I am going to go back to my "NO ONE UNDER 35 POLICY"....................no one is perfect.......not even a Princess
