Now I Totally Understand The Need for All You Ladies to Protect Yourself. So My Question is This, How Does a Newbie Build Up a "Resume" so That He Can Move Up to The Ladies that Desire a Reference or Two ? If This Has Been Discussed Before Sorry About That.
