quiet riot was short lived, but they had one album was incredible. I saw them at darien lake, maybe 84sih?

i think my favorite were the scorpians, I also liked Ratt, and Fastway.

not sure if they are heavy metal, maybe the are just classified rock, but Rush is my longtime favorite band,
