Simmons Plush Top, features extra padding on the top layer. Purchased at Heavenly Sleep Shope in Hurst Texas right at 1 year ago. Has served us well but since we upgraded to a queen size we no longer have a need for it. Does have a soda stain and some discoloration on the mattress as shown in photos. Dealer cost was and I paid $ 324.00 including the bed frame.
