Can i change my handle?

I would just set up a new account but don't want to lose my reviews or the PA that i paid for.

Yes, handle changes can happen, and no, you don't lose posts, reviews, etc.

Do NOT set up a second account. It's not only against site policy, it's extra unnecessary work.
