I keep hearing that Johnson County is making major crackdowns even threatening motel clerks> Is it really as bad as all that?

You'd think a jurisdiction named "Johnson" County would be more sympathetic.
I haven't heard anything like that. How can they tell if a girl is a regular citizen or an escort? Unless she's dressed like a ho or a drag queen...
