Outstanding performance by a very talented young woman. Congratulations to her!! She came pretty much from no where a year or so ago to being the best female gymnast in the world today.

Question is will she return in 4 years at the ancient age (for a female gymnast) of 20?

Considering the dedication and training regimen she's endured for years, my wish for her is to take some time to be a teenager, date some boys, eat things she's not supposed to, and then leverage her gold medal into some scholarships and live a happy and successful life.

She was amazing! I'm happy we have some great athletes representing our country.

There were a couple of clowns on a FM station here n Houston that went to the Olympic games in Atlanta.
When they interviewed some of the women gymnastic participants on the US team, one of the two clowns proceeded to make sexual remarks and inquire about their sex lives and such.
That was the last time I listened to that station or those guys. The one that was the worst is now deceased and I wonder if what caused his demise attributed to his being a total douche-bag.
