The site only pays out once your account balance reaches $10.00. You'd need to watch and review at least 7 videos. To do so, you will have spent $6.93 (7 x $.99 fee per video). If you take the minimum $10.50 payout after 7 videos (7 x $1.50), you will net $3.57. After 20 videos, you will have grossed $30.00, spent $19.80 and net just $10.20.
Seems like you have to spend a lot of money upfront to make comparatively little.
OTOH the forum & review system at AdultDVDTalk is free and many performers, directors and even the few remaining studios all have active accounts there. Why would those companies pay for reviews when there is already an established system that doesn't cost either party to participate?
On the face of it, ReviewDollars.com seems like a great idea, but something just doesn't feel right ...
