It shows on my profile that i have 49 reviews last one was 7-21-20012. I've had 3 reviews since then, is there any way to add these on my profile as well.

Give it time. The line is long to get them assigned. At time of this writing, we have 182 reviews pending assignment to providers, ECCIE-wide.
As for verification: the number of reviews is not important. Reviews are just one part of the information we need to verify a provider. Read the thread linked in my signature line for details.
