How do I change e-mail providers without screwing up my account? I am a computer dummy if not a complete dummy? If in the process of changing I get things screwed up can you fix it?

YOu can easily change the email address the site has on file.

Simply go to your user Control Panel (listed as User CP in the left navigation) and "Edit email and password." Changing it isn't going to screw anything up.
