Seriously, I still work as much as I ever did, stay in great shape, and as Long as I am able, I will do the same.

Things don't heal quite like they did when we were 20.
I broke a bone in my hand several months back while training.
Feels like hell at times. Taking a bit longer to mend these days.
I feel 10 years older than I am at times. Trying to keep in shape ,
Working 60+ hrs weekly trying to keep food on the tables of my
employees, family demands......

One thing I realize now that I brushed of as a kid.....
